About reservations

I would like to cancel my appointment because it became inconvenient after it was made...
You can cancel your reservation online. Please click on "Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation" to proceed. If you wish to change your reservation date or other details, please cancel your reservation and then make a new reservation.

About payment

When should I pay for my stay?
Generally, we ask that you make your payment at the front desk when you check out. However, if your stay is a gift or invitation, we accept payment by bank transfer before the date of your stay. Please let us know at the time of reservation.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Various credit cards are accepted.

About hot spring / bathing

What is the source and quality of the hot springs?
There are three sources.
【Source Name】Kamiyamada Onsen Corporation (Mixed)
【Spring quality】Alkaline simple sulfur spring
【Quantity of hot spring water】180 liters per minute, 260 tons per day
【Efficacy】Neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, stiff shoulders, motor paralysis, stiff joints, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive diseases, hemorrhoids, sensitivity to cold, convalescence, fatigue, health promotion, chronic skin diseases, chronic women's diseases, cuts, diabetes
Is there an open-air bath?
One each for men and women are available. The open-air bath is connected to the main bath.
Do you have a large bathroom?
Located on the 1st floor of the main building.
What amenities are available in the large bathrooms?
Hand towels are not provided in the bathrooms, so please bring your own from your room.
Other amenities are available for men and women as follows
【Men's bath】Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdressing products, cotton, cotton swabs
【Women's bath】Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial cleanser, cotton, cotton swabs
Is the bath in your room a hot spring?
The baths in the guestrooms are boiling water.
Only the open-air baths in the guest rooms with open-air baths are natural hot spring water.
Do you offer day-trip bathing?
Bathing only is not permitted. Dining guests may use the hot spring.

About dining

Can you accommodate meal allergies?
Please let us know at the time of reservation or at least one week prior to your stay. We will do our best to accommodate you.
*Depending on the contents, we may not be able to respond to your request. Please understand this in advance.
Can I add more dishes?
We will do our best to accommodate you. Please consult with us in advance.
What will the dining location be like?
You will be guided to the dining room on the 2nd floor (semi-private room) or 4th floor (private room).

About facilities

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please feel free to leave your luggage at the front desk before check-in or after check-out.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available in front of the hotel. Please park in the area marked with a number, and inform the front desk of the number.
In case the parking lot is overcrowded, we will park your car in a nearby parking lot.
Can I bring in juice or food?
You may bring your own food into your room, but please do not bring it into the dining room or during the meal.
Do you have yukata in large or small sizes?
Each size is available for men and women. Please ask at the front desk if you would like to change the size of your room. Men's and women's yukata are available in different sizes. Standard size yukata are available in your room. Please ask at the front desk if you need to change the size.
What should I wear in the hotel?
You may wear your own clothes, yukata (Japanese bathrobe) or slippers.
Is it a bidet toilet?
All rooms have bidet toilets.
Are pets allowed in the hotel (guest rooms)?
Pets are not allowed.
Can I send luggage from the hotel?
Please contact the store.
Can I buy souvenirs?
There is a souvenir shop on the 1st floor.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
The entire hotel is a non-smoking facility.
Please smoke only in the smoking area.
Can I use the Internet in the hotel?
Yes.
Do you have cell phone or camera chargers available for loan?
Available for rent at the front desk. (There may be cases in which the rental of a device is not possible depending on the model of the device.)
Is there a laundromat in the hotel?
Not available in the hotel.
Can I request a massage?
We can arrange it for you. Please specify the time and we will arrange a masseuse. Please contact us as soon as possible as we may be busy. Please pay directly to the masseuse in cash at the time of treatment.
All prices above do not include tax.
Can I use electronic cigarettes in non-smoking rooms?
Unfortunately, electronic cigarettes are also not permitted.
